3. Road Trips!
One of the things that came out of being rear-ended and the end of Nessie is a replacement, new to me, car.
It’s smooth.
Nessie had some issues…like duct tape holding her together and a transmission that was acting like it wanted to die but Ellie, my new wheels, is a sweet, a sweet ride and I have tunes and places to be. For so long I wouldn’t travel far in fear of my car breaking down somewhere and me being stuck of worried that my bumper would go flying off of my car. Now I can get my kicks on Route 66 (or actually 95).
I told The Bee that I was going to wake her up early in the morning and scream “ROAD TRIP!” and away we’ll go.
(Please to tell…I need your favorite road trip destinations to take with the family and solo.)

It is officially July and I can’t believe it myself. I usually keep mental lists and that doesn’t change this month with the exception that I am being a little more verbal since I have a new competition that I am blogging about as it approaches in August. Here’s to you rocking out your goals.
The year is moving much too quickly, but I like the idea that July can be a reset month
Time does go extremely fast. You should add fruit picking. We did blueberries one year and it was great. We had muffins for days.
I’ve been having dog-fever also lately. Doesn’t help that my closest cousin has a few cuties of her own and she’s always talking about them. It’s really time I get a dog!
I like that July is a starting point for the rest of the year – I will definitely be hitting the reset button!
