I have decided to take the challenge to do 100 push ups. I have such a weak upper body!
I am up to a total of 9 “real” push-ups in a row.
Whew!
Unless I am totally doing these wrong I am feeling these in my abs, arms and back.
This is the end of week one, five more to go!
