The Bee and I had been talking about doing The Color Run for a while but for one reason or another we never did. A few days before the race I saw that my friend Jo-Lynne who writes the blog Musings of a Housewife was running a contest for people to join her team and I entered thinking that if I won, good, if not, OK too. I won and The Bee and I were headed to South Philly to race.
I was so worried about participating; I have not run, let alone wog in weeks. No worry! This race was all about having fun and we had a blast!

Thank you Shout for allowing The Bee and I a chance to spend some time together and for encouraging me to race. It was a beautiful day and so much fun. I can’t wait until next year when we do it all over again.
