SWEAT Fitness, Philadelphia’s premier fitness club with eight convenient locations throughout the region, is excited to announce the launch of their #JustBeAwesome, Beach Body Challenge. This 28-day wellness challenge is all about providing participants EVERY single tool they need to #JustBeAwesome in time for summer.
“So many clients this time of year come to us looking for quick solutions to getting the perfect beach bod in time Memorial Day – the unofficial start of summer.” says Greg Miller, SWEAT Fitness, Elite Personal Trainer. “Well, there are no cheats – it’s got to be earned! That’s why we designed this 28-day challenge. To help participants focus on being a little bit more awesome each day by providing everything they could possibly need!”
How it works: Participants sign up for the 28-day challenge and will receive an exclusive welcome package, daily work outs, a 28-day meal plan, weekly recipes, daily tips and inspiration, opportunities to win prizes including a brand new Fitbit Blaze Smart Fitness Watch, access to SWEAT Fitness’ Elite Personal Trainers as well as SWEAT Fitness Licensed Dieticians.
The package will cost members and non-members $99 and includes 2 personal training sessions and at least one free dietician consultation. This also includes one free month of SWEAT Fitness gym membership for non-members.
Traditional tracking is optional as we’ve done all the hard work! But participants who want to record workouts, keep track of goals, cheer on their friends, and win prizes can synch their fitness tracker with the SWEAT Fitness app. This challenge begins May 1st and will run through May 28.
