Get fit with #StreamTeam: Criminal Minds

I am totally going to blame my friend Natasha for me watching Criminal Minds. It seemed like her Facebook feed had all of these posts about Gideon and Hotch (OK, two) plus one of the characters, Agent Rossi – who is portrayed by Joe Mantegna – does the voice of Fat Tony on “The Simpsons.” When I found out the show was streaming on Netflix I started watching and now I am hooked.

“Criminal Minds” is a police procedural which follows a group of extraordinary FBI profilers who spend their days getting into the minds of psychopathic criminals. It’s an intense show, making me both nervous about my fellow man as well as eager to view the next episode. But, because I binge watch, I can’t help but notice that there is a bit of formula which makes this the perfect show to do a workout game.
