I cannot believe it but I have gotten to a point where I look forward to grabbing my sneakers and planning a wog. I used to think people were lying or greatly exaggerating when they waxed poetically about running and working out but I will eat crow and admit that my days are quite a delight after I’ve gone out and moved those muscles.
