Workout boogie

My sister used to swear by the FlyLady method of cleaning. Another friend liked the method too and admitted that she was really getting her home in order using Flylady as well as noticing a difference when she lapsed a few days.

Some of Flylady’s methods include getting rid of CHAOS (Can’t Have Anybody Over Syndrome), creating a new habit each month and room/car rescues.

My favorite tip is the 27 fling boogie. First I like the word boogie (hee, hee) and I like the idea of flinging. So for the month of December I have decided to do a workout boogie. I am going to revisit each of the workout DVDs that I purchased or borrowed in the hopes of a flatter stomach, thinner thighs, tighter buns, more flexibility and the like.

Each day I will see what’s on deck and make an appointment with myself to get it done. The week that The Bee is with me, I’ll pick shorter DVDs as well as some that are more kid friendly (no S-Factor on these days!).

At the end of the month, the DVDs that I did not like, were not fun to do or challenging will be donated to the Salvation Army, my library or a family member.
