Win Tickets to @PhillyFreedoms! #giveaway

One of my library kids is a tennis player. When he visits the library he usually has a racket under his arm and spends part of his visit telling me about his game and things he wants to improve on. When I told him that The Philadelphia Freedoms were coming to the area, he was excited. When I invited him to attend a tennis match he was ecstatic! I’m excited and cannot wait to see a live match.

The Philadelphia Freedoms will make their 2014 home debut on July 15 when current world no. 4 singles player Victoria Azarenka faces former world no. 5 Daniela Hantuchova and the San Diego Aviators. This match kicks off a stretch of seven high-octane tennis matches, in addition to affordable family fun on the Freedoms home stadium at the Villanova University Pavilion over the course of ten nights, concluding July 23.

The matches include:

Tuesday 7/15 Philadelphia Freedoms w/ Victoria Azarenka vs. San Diego Aviators w/ Daniela Hantuchova

Wednesday 7/16 Philadelphia Freedoms vs. Springfield Lasers: Girls Night Out

Thursday 7/17 Philadelphia Freedoms vs. Washington Kastles w/ Venus Williams

Friday 7/18 Philadelphia Freedoms vs. Boston Lobsters: Kids and Family Night

Monday 7/21 Philadelphia Freedoms vs Austi Aces w/ Andy Roddick

Tuesday 7/22 Philadelphia Freedoms vs Boston Lobsters: 76ers and Military Appreciation Night

Wednesday 7/23 Philadelphia Freedoms vs. Washington Capitals: Guys Night Out

This contest will run Thursday, July 3rd through Sunday, July 6th. This is a giveaway for four tickets to Kids and Family Night, Friday, July 18th.

This event is located in the Philadelphia area but all are welcome to enter. 

Winner will be notified by e-mail and the prizes will be mailed from our contest hosts, Philadelphia Freedoms and Comcast.
