My Eagles have proved once again that they are a true Philly team.
I liken them to Lucy from the Peanuts. Lucy convinces Charlie Brown to run and kick the football, assuring him that she will hold it in place. Time after time Charlie Brown runs for the ball and falls flat on his back after Lucy snatches the ball away.
My eagles do the same thing!
My hopes were so high for a Superbowl to remember. Now, I guess I will be joining my fellow fans and doing something else in two weeks.
Donovan, Donovan, Donovan! Who are you passing the ball to boo?
And Jackson? Shall we give you some glue?
Andy Reid? Need help packing?
Next year is coming.
