Off the hooks: the Conference Scarf

Say it Rah-shay By Oct 04, 2011 No Comments

I’m attending the annual PaLA conference in State College and while I brought along my hooks and some yarn, I’ve been so busy that I’ve barely touched them. Well…that’s not true. The pattern I wanted to do is new to me so I’ve decided to leave it go until I head back home.

On the ride up I started my favorite scarf, Nangellini’s Phlight of Phancy scarf. This time I used Bernat’s Soft and Chunky yarn and a ‘G’ hook and I am really pleased with the way the scarf came out. I usually go with Lion Brand’s Thick and Quick using a N hook for a bigger scarf. This time I made more of a skinny scarf and the loops and chains are quite fetching.

What’s on your hooks?
