Revolution Taco is offering a Make Your Own Taco Buffet available for take-out this Sunday, February 5, 2017. Choose from proteins like Chicken Tinga, Gold Angus Ground Beef, Chipotle BBQ Brisket, Chorizo, Smoked Pork, Smoked Mushrooms and more. Available with warm flour tortillas or hard shell corn tacos. Toppings can include Cotija cheese, queso fresco, lime crème, radish salsa verde, diced white onion, smoked pepper hot sauce and more. Pricing ranges from $12 to $20 per person. Each Make Your Own Taco Buffet serves up to five people. Add-on chips/salsa, corn and black bean salsa, romaine salad, rice and beans, tamales and empanadas for extra charge. Set-ups can also include utensils, wire chafing dish, sternos and even set-up service.

Revolution Taco also is offering to-go burrito trays with assorted burritos and chips/salsa, crème, salsa Verde, smoked pepper hot sauce and more. Options and pricing are Chicken Tinga & Smoked Mushroom $13.50 per person; Chicken tinga & Gold Angus Ground Beef $13.50 per person; Chicken Tinga, Chickpea Veggie Burger and house Chorizo $14.50 per person; or mix and match your own protein selections with prices varying based on selections.Other Super Bowl specials include Buffalo Chicken Empanada tray with blue cheese dip or ranch dip are $32 for one dozen or $64 for two dozen. House-made chips and salsa are $25 per tray (serves 10-12), add guacamole for $20 extra. Head into overtime with Sea Salt Brownies small tray (serves 10-12 guests) for $28, medium tray (serves 12-15 guests) for $34 and large trays (serves 15-18 guests) for $40.
