RADIO 104.5 FIRESIDE SESSIONS FEATURING JUTAUN

About JUTAUN

An alluring fusion of classic soul, folk, 80’s classic rock/pop, African and reggae. Based in South Jersey and Philadelphia area, JUTAUN has gained a lucrative following for their distinct quality of music. Their inherent love of music is personified throughout their songs and is not only a career for them but a way of life. JUTAUN has been mentored by the great Leon Huff of Philly International and has been featured in his music. They have radiated their talent by traveling all over the world to foster their sound.

 

 

YARDS COZY LOVE STOUT PARTY

Wednesday, February 8, 7pm-9pm

Yards Brewing Co. and Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest are embracing the freezing temps and early nights of winter with the first annual Cozy Love Stout Party! Enjoy limited edition batches of Love Stout along with a wide selection of Yards ales, then sit back and listen to the finest of Philly’s tragic, weird and hilarious love stories, submitted by the public and read aloud by the Yards Crew. Yards will choose the finalists whose stories will be read aloud at the Cozy Love Stout Party. Finalists will receive Love Stout swag. One winner, chosen by crowd vote, will take home a $50 Yards gift card! CLICK HERE for story criteria and submission details. Ticket Info

Tickets are $13 each ($12 ticket + $1 Ticketfly processing fee) includes 16oz beer of your choice, s’mores kit and a $2 contribution to Project HOME. Project HOME empowers adults, children, and families to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty. Tickets can be purchased HERE or at the event. Tickets are not required to enter the Blue Cross RiverRink site.

 

 

SWEETS AND STOUTS

Saturday, February 11, 3pm-5pm

Enjoy sweet samples with your special someone in The Lodge. Try complimentary butter cream samples from Franklin Fountain alongside special dessert samples from Garces and Chickie’s and Pete’s. For those ages 21+, try complimentary pours from Cupcake Winery as well as a variety of stouts on tap including Yards Chocolate Love Stout, Lancaster Milk Stout, & Troegs Chocolate Nitro Stout (along with a couple others to be determined). Pints will be available for purchase at the bar. Free entry. Samples are limited and available while supplies last.

 

FLYERS DAY

Sunday, February 12, 12pm-5pm

Celebrate the Philadelphia Flyers 50th Anniversary with an afternoon of festivities at Winterfest! Skate with Flyers Alumni greats, test your knowledge of Flyers trivia for the chance to win an autographed 2017 Stadium Series jersey, snap a photo with the Flyers Ice Girls, and participate in a pop-up hockey clinic. The first 500 guests in attendance will receive a Flyers bobble head. Presented by the Philadelphia Flyers, NBC10 & Telemundo 62.

 

 

SWEETHEART SKATE

Tuesday, February 14, 7pm-11pm

Celebrate Valentine’s Day in a Winter Wonderland. Sweetheart Skate at Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest features one of the most romantic settings in the city with plenty of reasons to cozy up to that someone special.

 

Special Sweetheart Skate sessions are 7-8:30PM and 9-10:30PM. The $25 ticket includes chocolates, flowers, keepsake photos, and a DJ taking your special requests. Dunkin Donuts will be on-site handing out complimentary heart-shaped donuts. Food, beer, and specialty cocktails can be purchased on-site from Garces, Chickie’s and Pete’s, and Franklin Fountain. Tickets sell out fast, so purchase ahead of time online HERE. The site is open to the public; tickets are required to skate and to receive the chocolates, flowers, and photos.
