Now it’s your turn to have the time of your life at this smash-hit musical that combines ABBA’s greatest hits, including ‘Dancing Queen,’ ‘S.O.S.,’ ‘Super Trouper,’ ‘Take A Chance on Me’ and ‘The Winner Takes It All,’ with an enchanting tale of love, laughter and friendship. Whether it’s your first visit or your fourteenth, see the show that has the whole world coming back for more, because every time feels like the first time at Mamma Mia!.
While I have yet to see the stage play, I have seen the movie version of Mamma Mia and have listened to so much ABBA that I am beginning to feel as if it is the soundtrack of *my* life. My favorite songs:
Dancing Queen
This song reminds me of my teen, how carefree she can be at times. It;s a remonder for me not to take life so seriously.
You are the dancing queen, young and sweet, only seventeen
Dancing queen, feel the beat from the tambourine
You can dance, you can jive, having the time of your life
See that girl, watch that scene, diggin’ the dancing queen
Money, Money, Money
I’m not about the needing a man to pay my bills but lawd do I feel like I work way too hard to always feel like things are a bit of a struggle
I work all night, I work all day, to pay the bills I have to pay
Ain’t it sad
And still there never seems to be a single penny left for me
That’s too bad
Take a Chance on Me
When I was chasing Effin Guy he was a little…slow to realize that I was digging him. This wasmy theme song when I would visit his store spending way too much on graphic novels.
Take a chance on me
(come on, give me a break will you? )
Take a chance on me

I like that song and also the Abba and most of their songs, I even danced in Swing their song “The winner takes it all” back on my HS days.
Looks very interesting- thanks for sharing!
Wish I was closer. I have been wanting to see that one.
I surprised myself by actually liking the movie. I think this is a play I would like. I have only been to a few in my life, but this one would keep my interest. I like “Dancing Queen” the best.
The first time I watched a Broadway show was last 2010 courtesy of my cousin. She treated us to The Beatle’s inspired play RAIN in Manhattan’s Broadway district. I loved the experience! I just wish the tickets are cheaper hahaha. I would like to watch Mamma Mia and also Les Miserables.
i really love all the songs of Abba especially the dqncing queen because this is the dance song we win in the competition when i was college…
And as far as i remember this group is already come and show here at the Philippines last year, but sad to say i never watch this.
Oh Abba!!!! I LOVE every single one of their songs! Visiting from SITS!
