Bizarre Holiday times two?

Yesterday was “Have a Bad Day, Day” but since everything went so well, I am thinking that the karma gods decided today was my bad day.
Had to be in New Jersey by 8:30. Google Mapped my destination and was told that my trip would take 1 hour and 34 minutes. Since 8:30 to 9:00 was listed as registration I figured I had a few minutes lee-way.
WRONG!!!
My 94 minute trip took me 181 minutes.
I hate driving in Jersey!
I got lost (surprise, surprise), hit funeral traffic and met a plethora of gas station attendants who gave me directions varying from uber helpful to just plain turn here and drive.
Woosah!
I need A GPS!
With my luck I’ll lose it or drop it before I could use it!
