Some days you feel like a nut.
Some days you don’t.
Rachée was nuttier than a fruit cake today.
The high I get from a new class, conference or workshop is so intense that I want to shout from the roof tops, bounce off the walls and spread the word. I guess this is the high the newly religious experience although I am not arrogant enough to compare work with religion. Not all of my co-workers share my feelings. I find that I have to rein in the Rachée gone wild and be sympathetic to people who appreciate a more traditional (aka quiet) work setting.

This is a problem at times; it has been so hard for me to not be Rachée* that I find any friction at what I do cause for alarm. I get upset and much like The Hulk’s alter ego, David Banner I was finding myself thinking: don’t make me angry. You wouldn’t like me when I’m angry.
Instead of being hissy and pissy I used all of this angry energy to do my job (so simple; why have I not thought of this before?) and this was one of my favorite days.

*Becoming Rachée is still a work in progress. More on her transition later.
You Crack me up! Story time was one of my favorites at school… both as a student and a teacher. 🙂 I miss the rush of adrenalin as you bring them on the adventure with you. 🙂
