Can we just take a moment to discuss that we are weeks away from the end of the year. The holidays, finishing up final reports, pageants and school is closed for Christmas Break for about two weeks…ack! When I am on the go and feeling like I just want a place where I can get a quick meal and free wifi, one of my go to spots is McDonald’s.
Secret…I sometimes order a Kids Meal…for me.
Speaking of Kids Meals, earlier this week I shared with you that McDonald’s is partnering with Sun Pacific, a family-owned fruit grower, to deliver California-grown Cuties to customers across the country. Cuties will be available as a Happy Meal side choice for a limited time while Cuties are in-season through March 2015. 
I love that McDonald’s has taken the initiative to help customers find a balance of great-tasting menu choices and that McDonald’s has included its iconic Happy Meal.
With the addition of Cuties, the side choices for the Kids Meal now include:
- Cuties
- Go-GURT low fat Strawberry Yogurt
- Apple slices
There are so many more options for you…and your kids and you can enter to win a gift card and visit McDonald’s for yourself!

I like that McDonald’s is making more and more healthy options available. Recently I got a kids meal at the movies. It was more than enough food and a bargain.
