Halloween is not just for kids anymore! According to The National Retail Federation’s Halloween Consumer Spending Survey, nearly one-third of consumers (31.5%) plan to throw or attend a Halloween party, and more than 157 million Americans will celebrate the holiday this year!
To get into the Halloween spirit, I used Klondike’s Caramel and Peanut Kandy Bars as inspiration for an adult beverage.
Ingredients:
- Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
- Absolut Vanilla Vodka
- Bailey’s Irish Cream
I mixed equal parts of the Godiva and Bailey’s liquors with one part Absolut to create a smooth chocolaty drink. Paired with the Klondike Kandy Bar and this made a delicious treat!
Other options for Klondike bars may leave you wondering what would you do? (I couldn’t resist!). Some frightfully frozen treats to take your Monster Mash to a whole new level are:
- Klondike Kandy Bars Introduced in 2014, the Klondike Kandy line combines the perfect combination of a thick, chocolatey Klondike shell and creamy ice cream with mouthwatering candy bar goodness. The Klondike Kandy Line is available in four flavors: Caramel & Peanuts, Triple Chocolate Krunch, Cookies & Cream and Mint Fudge Cookie
– Note: Starting in mid-October, Klondike Kandy Bars will be available in six-count packs (previously, they were available in four-count packs). Even though the count has increased, the price will remain the same.
- Klondike Bars – Available in two delicious candy flavors ― Reese’s and Heath ― these bars are a new take on the typical candy treat.
- Klondy Shake – Choose your favorite Klondike Bar and blend with ice and milk to craft a fun frozen beverage.
The Klondike Kandy Bars are currently available in four-packs and will be available in six-packs starting in mid-October for a suggested retail price of 3.99. Klondike Bars are available in six-packs at grocery stores nationwide for a suggested retail price of $3.99.
Happy Halloween!
Enjoy!
Oh my gosh! Can I live in your refrigerator! Klondike ice cream AND an adult beverage! “Come to Mommy!”
We have to treat ourselves!
If you are ever in PA, of course! Come on over!

I have to say it’s yummy! Paired with the Klondike bar and it’s a lovely treat.
Ahh, there’s not much I wouldn’t do for a Klondike Bar!
Snort! They are delicious!
Even in your photo the Klondike bar looks delicious. The photo with the caramel, dripping from the middle just slightly, mm,mmmmm delicious!
It WAS delicious!
after huffing around all night trick or treating I think I would enjoy one of these with a glass of wine too. Thanks for the great suggestion.
This looks so yummy. I have not had a Klondike bar in years. I know what is going on my grocery list.
That looks delicious – it looks very similar to an ice cream Snickers bar. Totally delicious.
Wine, chocolate and ice cream? YES PLEASE!
Oh, I haven’t seen the Klondike bars yet. And my favorite candy flavors too! Looks like I’ll be hitting the ice cream section when I grocery shop next week!
Happy Halloween indeed. I love an ice cream treat, even when the cool fall months have arrived.
