Kimmel Center hosts annual New Year’s Day Celebration with FREE family friendly entertainment and NEW Garces Group VIP Lounge Wednesday, January 1, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Warm up indoors on New Year’s Day as the Kimmel Center celebrates 2014 with its annual installment of free entertainment with balloon artists, musical performances, face painters, the Resolution Wall and more. Doors open to the public at 10 a.m. with NEW Hot Chocolate Lounge and New Year’s Day VIP Experience by Chef Jose Garces (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.) featuring a Snack Station, Village Whiskey Station and Distrito Station with all you can eat + open bar set-up. Families and friends are invited to enjoy panoramic views of the Mummers Parade.
$35 adult / $20 child at the door

The Kimmel Center’s PECO bar offers holiday concessions with hot apple cider and a variety of specialty cocktails including the Magic Apple-Ale Wassail, the lemony Rudolph’s Tipsy Spritzer, caramel apple liqueur, cinnamon flavored Holiday Tune, and chocolate vodka, coconut rum inspired Snowflake drink, Bailey’s Irish Cream and Godiva Chocolat Liqueur inspired Thin Mint garnished with chocolate covered candy cane, Santa’s Snack, and more.
