Today, March 30, is…

…I am in control day.
Apparently this day was born after then President Reagan was shot and Secretary of the State, Alexander Haig, declared he in charge. Haig said, “I am in control.” This was not so as he kinda jumped the chain in command but whatever.

Since I have been feeling like such a Negative Nellie and a Sour Suzy I am declaring today a day to get it together.
I need to take some responsibility for my actions, changes in my life (goly this is a familiar refrain!) and make some moves.

To the office assassins at work: I will not allow your stink attitudes to influence how I behave. If you want to bitch about the job, your co-workers, the patrons and the like, keep it cute or keepit mute (zing!).

To the ex and your no answering calls *ss: You are still a tool and I am trip. Now that we both know our parts shall we move on?

To that number on the scale: Your days are numbered. I will only see you accompanying a “Before” picture.
