There are scores of new programming arriving this month on Netflix and here are a few that I am looking forward to checking out.
Cuckoo
A British girl, Rachel, comes back home from her gap year after college to med school with Andy Samberg’s Cuckoo, a hippy dippy free spirit type. Cuckoo doesn’t have a job. He takes drugs and turns the life of Rachel’s parents, Lorna and Ken, upside down.
Seasons 2 and 3 feature Taylor Lautner as Cuckoo’s son (Cuckoo goes missing while on a hiking trip) and the laughs continue. Sometimes it’s obvious jokes but often it’s a sue set up that brings a nice reward.

I saw a short documentary on the making of CodeGirl. It looks to be a unexpectedly engaging, sincere, even heart-warming, movie. The effort, heart, and soul of these girls is captivating!
